  Here is what I love. When i stand at the counter for the Market grill Express, and no one is manning the spot where you order, so i stand and wait...and wait...and wait. And the two people in the kitchen area glance at me and then look away quickly, hoping i didn't notice they were ignoring me. When i finally ask one of them if this is where i order, they say, "uh, you can go into the bar and order?". I got the message loud and clear: Go somewhere else and spend your money. This is not the quality of service i expect at Hy-Vee. They need to do better than this.
