- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 16, 2019, by Angela MitchemTerrible customer service. I was told one thing by the pharmacy clerk on a previous visit. When trying to rectify situation today she passed me off to Josh the pharmacist who wouldn't even come over to talk to me. I purposely declined script pro because I wanted to pick my prescriptions up from CVS. Now I get stuck paying full cost for a prescription that I picked up from CVS. I will no longer do business with CVS and I urge you not to either. Poor customer service and absolutely no empathy or concern for a pleasant & respectful customer.
